President Al-Assad issues a legislative decree amending Article 26 of the Military Service Law

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued Legislative Decree No. 37 of 2023 amending Article 26 of the Military Service Law issued by Legislative Decree No. 30 of 2007 and its amendments.

The decree allowed those who didn’t join the reserve duty call and aged 40 years to pay money compensation in return.
